Alternately, the only way your rapist will be prosecuted is if you conveniently go public with your accusations when he’s already wanted for unrelated issues by major world governments! Unfortunately I suspect the truth of the matter is that he is not actually being prosecuted for any alleged rape, but rather because important people want him shut up. No, seriously. When was the last time a high profile alleged rapist was actually arrested? Oh right. Never.
